Who We Are
Come join us as we discover how the God of the universe knows each one of us by name. University students from all walks of life come together on a regular basis to ask tough questions about God, life, purpose, meaning, commitment…in hopes of finding answers not based on popular opinion but rather on truth.
Through worship, small groups, and serving others God will begin to transform your life from the inside out.
Whether you’ve gone to church all your life or just beginning to be curious about God and faith, you are invited to explore with us this adventure of living as a follower of Christ.
Come and be transformed with us!

Our community meets weekly on Thursdays at 8pm to encourage one another, to share stories of what God is up to in our lives and on our campus. You can expect to learn from God’s word in ways that will be helpful and practical. Together we will lift one voice in songs of praise to God. Our gatherings are a time for fellowship, and for learning, but most importantly they are a time to celebrate together the life we have through the sacrifice of Jesus.
In Acts 2:42-47 we see small groups of believers meeting together in their homes. The result of those meetings was nothing short of world changing. Those early groups ate together, prayed together, took care of one another and their neighbors, and learned about living the Jesus life. The result was the daily growth of those groups and the early church. 242 is your opportunity to go deeper with a smaller cross section of your community and a safe place to invite your friends. 242 is where your name is known, where you are known, and where you can work out the application of your faith by eating, praying, learning, giving, and serving together.
Service and Mission Trips – From the inner city to Cambodia and dozens of places in between, CSF students are regularly involved with mission trips. Every year at spring break a large group of CSF students travel across the country in order to serve God and people with their break. There are also additional trips available over fall, winter, and summer break for individuals and groups of students. Many alumni and current students would be quick to tell you that the growth of their faith really took off during a CSF mission trip.
Following the spring break trip in 2009 a group of students felt called to help meet needs in the local community and Generation Impact was born. The group meets multiple times per month to take part in various service projects helping people around the city.
Matthew 28 makes it clear that we are to make disciples everywhere in the world. Living on the university campus makes that call a clear reality. There are hundreds of international students on our campus who would love to have friendships and conversations with American students. We have an amazing opportunity to make new friends, learn new cultures and languages, and all while loving a student from another country with the love of Jesus. Dinner & Discussion happens every week at the CSF campus house Sundays at 6pm.
